Requirements
Educational Qualification: MBA or BBA with a specialization in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with PhD scholars, researchers, and institutional clients.
Sales & Business Development: Strong understanding of sales methodologies, client acquisition, and business development strategies.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and convert prospective clients into long-term business relationships.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Presentation Skills: Ability to professionally explain the company's research and technical services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients through calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Explain Panacorp's research, publication, and technical services to PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions.
- Generate and qualify leads while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the technical and CRM teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve business development targets by converting leads into successful projects.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.
Pay: ₹8,863.49 - ₹13,000.00 per month
