Roles & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end new product development (NPD) from concept to production
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product ideas
- Create product designs, CAD drawings, and prototypes
- Work with R&D, marketing, production, and suppliers for development and launch
- Handle material selection, packaging design, and feasibility checks
- Assist in testing, trials, validation, and quality checks
- Ensure products meet cost, quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Support BOM (Bill of Materials), documentation, and technical reports
- Participate in pilot production and resolve design/manufacturing issues
- Track project timelines and support smooth product launch
Skills Required
- CAD tools (SolidWorks / AutoCAD etc.)
- Product design & engineering basics
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Problem-solving & analytical thinking
- Communication & coordination skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
