About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Project Coordination Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy coordinating with government departments, educational institutions, schools, and multiple stakeholders while ensuring the smooth execution of impactful education and social development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be confident, resourceful, and capable of managing office-based responsibilities alongside field coordination. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively, build strong professional relationships, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Role Summary
The selected candidate will initially undergo structured online training on the organization's digital platform, operational workflows, and project implementation processes.
Following the training, the candidate will primarily work from the Nagar Nigam Jaipur (Municipal Corporation) office while coordinating project activities across Jaipur. The role also requires regular visits to schools and other partner organizations within Jaipur and sometimes outside Jaipur for implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to travel outside Jaipur whenever required for CSR meetings, project reviews, government coordination, or other official assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work from the designated office at Nagar Nigam Jaipur (Municipal Corporation) and support the day-to-day execution of project activities.
- Coordinate with government departments, school authorities, Special Educators (SEs), and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Learn and effectively use the organization's digital platform and operational tools.
- Train and support Special Educators (SEs) on platform usage, workflows, and reporting processes.
- Conduct regular visits to schools and partner institutions across Jaipur for monitoring, coordination, and implementation support.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Identify and resolve operational issues through effective coordination and practical problem-solving.
- Prepare and maintain accurate field reports, activity updates, documentation, and implementation records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and timely reporting.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings with government officials, CSR partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Travel outside Jaipur for CSR visits, project presentations, monitoring, and official meetings as and when required.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, stakeholder management, field implementation, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in operating a laptop and comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and other digital tools for day-to-day work.
- Comfortable undertaking regular visits to schools and partner organizations across Jaipur.
- Willingness to travel outside Jaipur for CSR meetings, project implementation, monitoring visits, and stakeholder engagements whenever required.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler for local travel.
- Must own a laptop and smartphone with a stable internet connection.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
