Position Summary: We are looking for a Service engineer who will be responsible for commissioning and testing of company products and improving existing products.
EXPERIENCE : 2 years - 4 years
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and Testing of company products on site.
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving problems with the equipment.
- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining equipment.
- Make documentation and work report of each site.
- Providing customer training, feedback, and reports on the product.
- Developing and maintaining relations with customers.
- Analysing and reviewing findings to determine the solution to the problem.
- Train site engineers, technicians, juniors and clients regarding the product.
- Promote the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to current clients.
- Travel Pan India for work.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation engineering or industrial design.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
