Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Counsel patients on the proper use, dosage, storage, and possible side effects of medications.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry records of medicines.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions.
- Maintain billing records and process pharmacy transactions accurately.
- Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines related to pharmacy operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Must hold a valid Pharmacy Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy, hospital, or clinic pharmacy is preferred.
- Good knowledge of medicines, inventory management, and billing software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Salary
₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.)

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medications in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Manage medicine procurement, inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions and patient care.
- Monitor billing, documentation, and pharmacy records.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations and healthcare standards.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality control.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm (D.Pharm with relevant managerial experience may also be considered).
- Valid Pharmacy Council Registration is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy management, inventory control, billing systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.)
