Role Purpose Responsible for managing tender documentation, submissions, certifications, deposits, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of institutional business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete tender process: preparation, registration, documentation, deposits, bank guarantees, enquiries, dispatches, and analytical reports
- Prepare and follow up on special rate proposals; maintain database of approvals
- Manage FDA documentation and coordinate with manufacturing locations for certificates
- Prepare and follow up for commercial certifications (CA certificates, turnover, production & sales)
- Ensure timely tender preparation and submission (online & manual)
- Procure and manage digital certificates for online tenders
- Control EMD/Security Deposits and Bank Guarantees
- Ensure timely registration/renewals of company and products with government institutions
- Attend local purchase enquiries and manage institutional dispatches
- Maintain product wise test reports and respond to internal teams
- File and maintain tender records (hard copy & soft copy)
Internal Collaboration Finance, Industrial Affairs, Medical Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Administration
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation & institutional business processes
- Familiarity with FDA documentation and certifications
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital tender platforms
- Attention to detail and strong coordination skills
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharma, Commerce, or Business Administration
- 2-5 years of experience in tender documentation/execution
- Exposure to institutional/government business processes preferred
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
