We're Hiring – Civil Site Engineer Position: Civil Site Engineer Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Civil) Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities. - Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team. - Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution of works. - Coordinate measurements, quantity verification, and quotations with the office team. - Arrange materials, manpower, and site resources for smooth project execution. - Perform project coordination activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. - Prepare daily work progress reports and communicate project updates. Required Skills: - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently. - Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and construction drawings. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
