We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and experience in sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for day-to-day operations.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order delivery.
- Handle customer calls and provide product-related information.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
