We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, maintains high quality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of high-quality dishes.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Manage kitchen staff and assign daily tasks.
- Control inventory, minimize food waste, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen team members.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred.
