We are hiring for Retail industry
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate features and benefits, explaining technical details for, for example, electronic appliances or furniture.
- Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and increase revenue through upselling.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, displays, and stock organized, clean, and well-merchandised.
- Operations & Transactions: Process cash/card transactions accurately, manage inventory checks, and process customer orders.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term relationships
