The Placement efforts to maximize student placements by organizing events, building employer partnerships, and managing placement processes. They ensure effective operations, meet targets, and maintain strong industry and alumni connections. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide career counselling and guidance to students to help them achieve their career goals.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, resume building, interview preparation, and job search support.
- Assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability for job roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, MNCs, and industry partners.
- Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Match students with suitable job and internship opportunities and achieve placement targets.
- Maintain placement data, generate reports, and follow organizational SOPs.
- Organize career workshops, job fairs, and networking events.
- Stay connected with alumni for ongoing support and feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field.
- Experience in career services, talent acquisition, or placements, ideally in IT or education.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and job requirements.
- Excellent networking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with resume writing, interview prep, and career counseling.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and employer expectations.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and data management platforms
