Analytical & Structured: Can translate noisy data into clear, prioritized actions and simple projections.
Communication: Strong spoken & written English; crisp updates, good call etiquette, and meeting leadership.
Availability: Flexible hybrid schedule with part daytime and part night coverage; fast responsiveness to messages.
