Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Railway Station Road, Thrissur, Kerala – 680001
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹33,000 CTC per month
Work Mode: Work From Office
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories.
- Explain lens options, coatings, features, and available offers.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
- Handle billing and digital payment transactions.
- Maintain store hygiene, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support inventory management and maintain accurate sales records.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and store processes.
Eligibility
- Graduate freshers can apply.
- Undergraduate candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of Team Leader experience with valid employment documentation.
- Experienced candidates with relevant customer-facing retail/sales experience are welcome.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Required Skills
- Good customer handling and engagement skills.
- Strong sales and conversion abilities.
- Basic understanding of eyewear products, frames, and lenses.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a retail store environment.
Shift Timings
Rotational shifts:
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Final shift allocation will be as per business requirements.
