As we scale our D2C and omnichannel business, we're looking for someone who can continuously improve our online shopping experience and drive measurable revenue growth through data-backed optimization.
Role Overview
The E-commerce & CRO Manager will own the performance of Re'equil's digital storefront across D2C and wholesale channels. This role will be responsible for improving conversion rates, customer journeys, merchandising, pricing, and website experience to drive revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesConversion Rate Optimization
- Own and optimize the customer journey across PDPs, collection pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and execute improvements through data analysis, customer insights, and experimentation.
- Plan and run A/B tests to improve conversion, AOV, and customer engagement.
Shopify & Website Management
- Own day-to-day management and optimization of Re'equil's Shopify ecosystem.
- Manage website enhancements, app integrations, landing pages, and new feature launches.
- Ensure site performance, functionality, and user experience remain best-in-class.
Merchandising, Pricing & Promotions
- Manage product merchandising, bundles, offers, discounts, and promotional configurations.
- Work closely with Growth and Category teams to improve product discovery and revenue per visitor.
- Evaluate pricing and promotional effectiveness while maintaining business profitability.
Analytics & Insights
- Leverage GA4, Shopify Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and reporting dashboards to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor key funnel metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Build regular performance reports and track the impact of optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Growth, CRM, Design, Technology, and Category teams to execute website and conversion initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners when required.

- Incremental Revenue from CRO initiatives
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in E-commerce, CRO, Growth, or Shopify Management.
- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify storefront.
- Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce funnels and customer journeys.
- Proficiency in GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Shopify Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience running A/B tests and data-led conversion optimization programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
- Ability to independently drive projects from insight to execution.
Preferred
- Experience with a D2C consumer brand, preferably beauty, skincare, wellness, or personal care.
- Familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio, VWO, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Experience managing loyalty, subscriptions, and referrals
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
