Customer Support Executive (CSE)## Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and communication-driven Customer Support Executive (CSE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, interacting directly with customers to resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
To excel in this role, you must be fluent in English and proficient in at least one of the following regional languages: Hindi or Telugu or Kannada, or Tamil.
## Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Answer inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints or technical glitches efficiently, escalating complex issues to the respective departments when necessary.
- Multilingual Support: Communicate seamlessly with customers across diverse regions using Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil to ensure they feel understood and valued.
- Data Management: Accurately log, track, and update customer interactions and case details in the CRM software.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help internal teams improve the overall product/service experience.
## Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center environments (Fresher candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Language Proficiency (Crucial):
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must be highly proficient (spoken) in at least one of these languages: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil.
- Skills:
- Active listening and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and polite under pressure.
