- System & Server Administration: Install, upgrade, and support Linux and Windows environments, leveraging Proxmox VE for virtualization and cluster management.
- Network Operations: Configure and manage Cisco switching and routing infrastructure, alongside Fortinet firewalls and VPNs, to ensure maximum uptime and security for IT and OT network
- Access Control & Identity Management: Administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools to secure, control, and audit high-level credential access across systems.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Schedule and monitor routine data backups, test system recovery processes, and develop functional data restoration procedures.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively review system/security logs and respond to automated alerts before small issues cause major outages.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding network topologies, system configurations, and routine IT procedures. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field.
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in enterprise-level network and server administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency with Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL).
- Hands-on experience with hyper-v and Proxmox VE.
- Expertise in Cisco/Fortinet networking components (switches, routers, controllers).
- Experience configuring and maintaining Fortinet security appliances (FortiGat / Cisco L2/3 switches and AP).
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles and solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across departments.
