Position: Telecalling Executive – Personal Loan Recovery & Collection

*About the Role*
Paizo Fintech Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executives for Personal Loan Recovery & Collection. The candidate will be responsible for handling collection and recovery activities through outbound calls using a dialer system, ensuring timely follow-up with customers and achieving assigned recovery targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
Make outbound collection and recovery calls through the dialer system.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue personal loan payments.
Negotiate and convince customers to make timely payments.
Handle hard collections and delinquent accounts professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolution of customer issues.
Provide regular feedback and status updates to reporting managers.
*Requirements*
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with dialer systems.
Strong negotiation and recovery skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
1+ year of experience in Personal Loan Recovery, Collection, Telecalling, or related BFSI collection processes will be preferred.
*Salary*
Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Candidates with 1+ Year Relevant Experience: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
