Job Description
We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management / Relationship Management for the lenders on the portal. Get the sale using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, telecalling and telesales presentations etc.)
- Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
- Meet personal sales targets
- Data collection and online marketing activities
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads. Maintaining relationships with channel partners and lead generation through them.
- Other marketing initiatives like canopy activities etc.
- Attend a meeting, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Borrower follow-ups / physical verification etc.
Requirements:
- Graduation (Any)
- Proven two years of sales experience in the financial services industry
- Gender - Any
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
