Job Title: Pricing Executive – Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Job Summary : The Pricing Executive is responsible for preparing competitive freight rates, coordinating with carriers and agents, and supporting the sales team with accurate pricing for air, sea, and land shipments. The role involves analyzing market rates, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely quotation to customers.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare freight quotations for Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to obtain competitive rates.
- Support the sales team by providing timely and accurate pricing for customer inquiries and tenders.
- Maintain and update rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing databases.
- Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Analyze market trends and freight rate fluctuations.
- Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure all quotations comply with company policies and service capabilities.
- Maintain records of quotations and follow up for business conversion.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
- Understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, and freight costing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze freight costs and margins.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
- 2 - 4 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics pricing preferred.

- Sea Freight (FCL / LCL) pricing
- Air Freight rate structures
- Customs clearance basics
- Vendor and agent coordination
