Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day site execution and construction activities
- Plan, organize, and monitor site work as per project schedule
- Coordinate with MES Engineers, client representatives, and consultants
- Arrange and manage manpower, subcontractors, and site resources
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, MES specifications, and quality standards
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans, track inventory, and monitor progress
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure availability at site
- Maintain site records, labour registers, Measurement Books (MB), and reports
- Ensure safety and discipline at the site
Requirements:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects
- Experience in MES / Government projects highly preferred
- Strong site execution and project coordination skills
- Ability to independently handle site and manpower
- Good knowledge of drawings, construction sequence, and planning
- Clean background required to secure defense area access passes
- Willing to work full-time at air force station Begumpet site.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
