About the Role : We're hiring a Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founders on high-impact, cross-functional priorities. This is an operational role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, true task manager and wants to help build an organisation from the ground up.
What You'll Do :
- Work across functions - content, operations, product, partnerships wherever momentum is needed.
- Support founder with preparation for pitches, investor updates and handle social.
- Translate vague customer insights into clear product or content ideas.
- Use AI for producing artefacts to speed up the deliverables.
- Support multiple non-technical initiatives across PMO, Administration.
- Oversee general office administration, vendor management, procurement, and facility-related requirements for smooth operations.
- Manage documentation, record-keeping, and compliance audits to maintain regulatory and internal standards.
- Mange office functions and sense pulse on the floor, provide right reverse feedback.
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Enjoy working with people, task oriented, organized, and can work independently without needing micromanagement.
- Have excellent written communication and critical thinking skills
- Prefer figuring things out over waiting for someone to hand you a brief
- Ability to apply AI to job function to stay on top of the multiple deliverables.
Who you are?
- 0-2 years of experience in a generalist, people person and in operation role
- Interest or background in finance, fintech, or fintech is a plus
