Role
We're looking for a Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and connect with potential hosts who can create experiences on Vybout.
Responsibilities
- Find potential hosts through Instagram, Google Maps, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Meetup, and local communities.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
- Reach out via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Explain Vybout's value proposition and schedule onboarding calls.
- Follow up with interested leads until they are onboarded.
- Maintain lead status and update the CRM daily.
- Work closely with the Host Success team to improve conversion rates.
- Suggest new acquisition channels and outreach strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach.
- Familiar with social media and online research.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a plus.
Success Metrics
- Qualified leads generated per week.
- Host onboarding calls booked.
- Hosts successfully onboarded.
- Lead-to-host conversion rate.
- Cost per acquired host.
Preferred Background
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
- Additional bonuses for high-performing months.
Location
Remote / Bangalore (Preferred)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
