Airoza Travels is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Reservation Executive to manage travel reservations and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
Provide clients with accurate travel information, fare quotations, and itinerary planning.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and reissuance of tickets.
Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Monitor reservation queues and ensure timely processing of bookings.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain accurate reservation records and prepare operational reports as required.
Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, travel regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in travel reservations, air ticketing, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel booking procedures.
Experience with reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple reservations efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel documentation processes.
