Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients, brands, vendors, and partners
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, cold outreach, and events
- Pitch company services to prospective clients
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Attend meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to represent the company
- Maintain a sales pipeline and client database
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients and building relationships
- Sales mindset with negotiation and follow-up abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in events, hospitality, marketing, or client servicing
- Ability to work flexible hours during events when required
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital communication is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or events is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
