- Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related queries (internal & external)
- Coordinate with field teams, banking partners, and back-office operations
- Handle stakeholder communication through calls and emails on a daily basis
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution through continuous follow-ups
- Maintain and update Banking MIS reports with high accuracy (Excel-based)
- Track ongoing issues and ensure closure within defined timelines
- Ensure all processes and communications adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), with confidence in handling calls
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-coordination environment
- Understanding of banking operations and compliance (preferred)
