The Role
We are looking for an inspiring Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead our inaugural team. You will be the architect of our daily rhythm, ensuring that NEP 2020 standards are met while maintaining the delicate balance of our Japan-India cultural pillars.
Key Responsibilities
● Curriculum Leadership: Plan and implement an ECCE / play-based curriculum that aligns with NEP 2020 while integrating Japanese mindfulness and Indian storytelling.
● Pedagogical Excellence: Oversee our "Best-of-All" approach, ensuring teachers effectively use Montessori tools, Reggio-inspired environments, and nature-based discovery.
● Operational Oversight: Monitor lesson plans, classroom delivery, and the execution of "Zoned Learning" in STEM, Art, and Literacy areas.
● Quality Control: Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to ensure a high-standard, nurturing environment.
● Parent Partnership: Lead parent orientation programs and handle communications via our School Management App, building a bridge between home and our "Little Planet".
Requirements (Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria)
● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Early Childhood Education.
● Certification: ECCE / NTT certification is compulsory.
● Experience: 1 - 3 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
● Pedagogy: Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and play-based pedagogy.
● Location: Must be based in Pune (Local candidates only). Preferably Bavdhan, Bhugaon Area.
