Position
Business Development & Relationship Executive
Location: Nagpur/ Mumbai (Travel within the city and nearby locations as required)
Experience: 1–4 Years (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with entrepreneurs, MSMEs, startups, professionals, industry associations, and institutions.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with members and strategic partners.
- Coordinate business networking meetings, seminars, webinars, and knowledge-sharing events.
- Schedule meetings for the leadership team with prospective members and collaborators.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy relationship pipeline.
- Manage member onboarding and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and partner organizations.
- Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and business proposals whenever required.
- Manage LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, and basic digital outreach.
- Maintain CRM/database of contacts and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Assist in execution of special initiatives and collaborative projects.

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Background
Candidates from any of the following fields will be preferred:

ideally comprise three complementary roles rather than multiple salespeople:
- Business Development & Partnerships Executive (relationship building and member acquisition)
- Marketing & Digital Communications Executive (LinkedIn, newsletters, website, social media, branding)
- Operations & Event Coordinator (event execution, member servicing, CRM, logistics)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
