Job Description – HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Summary :- We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiters for bulk hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing knowledge, and the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple open positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial HR interviews and communication assessments Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up regularly Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and offer processes Achieve assigned hiring targets within timelines Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques
Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong negotiation and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Preferred Skills Experience in bulk hiring/BPO hiring/non-IT recruitment
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
