Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the South 1 region. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the kitchenware, cookware, or housewares industry, with a strong background in distributor management, channel sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned zone.
- Develop and strengthen the distributor, dealer, and retail network.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retail partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and product launches.
- Conduct regular market visits to review sales performance and support channel partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reviews for management.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and distribution strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Zonal Sales Manager in the Kitchenware, Cookware, Housewares, Consumer Durables, or Home Appliances industry.
- Strong experience in distributor and channel sales management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
