About the Role
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive strictly from an agency or staffing firm background. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery- sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures. This is a target-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen candidates for skills, stability, salary alignment, and joining timelines
- Submit relevant profiles as per client requirements — no bulk dumping
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups till joining
- Maintain clean tracking of submissions, interviews, and closures
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with discipline
- Meet weekly and monthly submission and closure targets
Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
- 6 months to 3 years of agency-side domestic recruitment experience
- Hands-on exposure to target-driven recruitment environments
- Experience working with multiple IT/ Non- IT clients and fast TATs
- Strong sourcing and screening fundamentals
- Comfortable working remotely with accountability
- Growth path into senior recruiter or lead roles
