Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our social media presence, create engaging content, and execute digital marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, graphics, and marketing creatives.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, and promotional copy.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams on marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Support paid advertising campaigns and lead generation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Freshers with an excellent portfolio and strong practical skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
