Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day banking operations, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other fund transfers.
- Prepare and process bank payment requests accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with banks for account opening, KYC updates, and documentation.
- Monitor daily bank balances and cash flow.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle cheque deposits, cheque issuance, and bank-related documentation.
- Process inward and outward remittances.
- Maintain records of bank guarantees, letters of credit (LC), and other banking instruments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals and banking requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Prepare banking reports, MIS, and payment summaries.
- Follow up with banks regarding transaction status, charges, and account-related queries.
- Support treasury and finance teams in daily banking activities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of banking operations and payment systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in banking operations, finance, or accounts.
- Knowledge of trade finance, LC, BG, inward/outward remittances, and banking documentation.
- Experience working with ERP/Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
