Responsibilities:
· Recruitment of manpower
· Manpower Leasing
- Visit client sites regularly
- Supervision of security guards
- Manage attendance
- Deployment of full Manpower
- Coordinate with the clients
- Prepare daily/weekly and Monthly field reports
- Manpower grooming. Training and Ensuring discipline for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Must have a bike and valid driving license
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Ability to travel across Delhi-Grugarm.
- Immediate joining preferred
- We are looking for immediate joiner of security field officer who can manage units and deploy security guards within 24 hrs,
Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
