Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Estate Sales Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Conduct property site visits and presentations
- Follow up with prospective clients to drive conversions
- Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and client databases
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
