Eligibility
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance in the Manufacturing/Automobile Industry.

Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹85,000 per month
Role Purpose
Ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations in the Forge Shop, including forging presses, by leading preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM)
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Reduce equipment failures and improve machine reliability.
Breakdown Maintenance
Handle mechanical breakdowns of Forging Presses, Trimming Presses, and Cutting Section.
Reduce MTTR and improve MTBF.
Machine Overhauling
Plan and execute complete machine overhauls, including inspection, repair/replacement, and reassembly.
Maintenance Cost Optimization
Reduce spare parts and oil consumption.
Improve machine efficiency through modifications and reliability improvements.
Lead maintenance improvement and new project activities.
Team Management
Supervise Forge Shop maintenance manpower.
Provide on-the-job training and develop maintenance team skills.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and shutdown maintenance projects.
