Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate will handle outdoor tasks, document filing, office administration, and assist staff with routine office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Handle document filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Perform outdoor work such as bank visits, courier dispatch, document collection/submission, and other office-related errands.
- Assist in maintaining office records and correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers when required.
- Support administrative staff in day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure proper storage and retrieval of documents.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Willingness to travel locally for office-related work.
Job Type: Full-time
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates residing in and around Chennai.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage
