Job Summary
The Estate Manager will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the school campus and its infrastructure. The role involves managing housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendors, and support staff to ensure a safe, hygienic, well-maintained, and functional environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the entire school campus.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, sanitation, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other support staff.
- Ensure classrooms, laboratories, offices, washrooms, playgrounds, corridors, and common areas are clean and properly maintained.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, fire safety, and other infrastructure-related requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of the campus and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, AMC contracts, equipment, assets, and service schedules.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance of school equipment and infrastructure.
- Monitor security systems, CCTV, access control, fire safety equipment, and emergency preparedness.
- Ensure compliance with school safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
- Manage inventory of maintenance materials, tools, cleaning supplies, and other estate-related items.
- Handle emergency maintenance situations and ensure prompt resolution.
- Plan and supervise arrangements for school events, functions, examinations, and other activities.
- Monitor expenditure related to maintenance and estate operations.
- Prepare regular reports regarding campus maintenance, repairs, incidents, and pending requirements.
- Ensure effective utilization and proper maintenance of school assets and facilities.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in school, institutional, residential, commercial, or facility management will be preferred.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, fire safety, and maintenance operations.
Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in estate, facility, administration, or campus management. Experience in a school.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
