- Assist in documenting technical specifications and project progress to maintain transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
