We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
Handle basic HR administration and employee queries
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and coordination skills
Candidate Requirements
0.5–2 years of HR or recruitment experience
Stable work history preferred
Candidates should be suitable for the job location and daily commute
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
