- Staff Management: Schedule shifts, assign daily tasks, and train new housekeeping employees on cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct routine checks of rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor the usage of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, while placing orders to restock inventory when needed.
- Guest Relations: Promptly address and resolve complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping services to ensure high satisfaction.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with the Front Desk to track room statuses and the Maintenance department to report broken fixtures
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
