- 3–5 years of experience in construction/project management or site execution.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in labour management and site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and site practices.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple activities/work fronts at site.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting; MS Project/Primavera/AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a site-based and demanding construction environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to project deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam, Kerala
