Job Description:
- Acquire a complete knowledge of the GL system and its links to the Core Insurance system

Able to qualify requests raised by clients.

Able to walkthrough the system features with clients and provide necessary clarifications when required.

Able to run basic queries to extract data and check the data.

Able to keep track of deliveries to client and support the team in meeting SLA.

Perform internal quality checks to make sure the delivery is as per client's expectation.
