About the Company
Nexus Visa International is a leading immigration and overseas education consultancy specializing in Student Visas, Visitor Visas, Work Permits, and Business Visas. We are expanding our Chennai team and looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel clients for Student, Visitor, Work Permit, and Business Visa services.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa options.
- Explain eligibility, documentation, processing timelines, and visa requirements.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful applications.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth visa processing.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and visa regulations.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in Visa Counselling / Overseas Education / Immigration Consultancy.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong counselling, sales, and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
