NDT Inspector
Qualification
- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Foundry/Manufacturing Quality Inspection
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Visual Inspection of cast components.
- Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspections.
- Carry out Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
- Perform Dimensional Inspection as per engineering drawings.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and records.
Required Skills
- NDT Level II Certification (UT/MPI preferred)
- Good knowledge of GD&T and basic dimensional inspection.
- Basic knowledge of foundry processes and castings.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
