Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Counsellor / Telecounsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to guide students regarding career opportunities, and a proven track record in lead conversion and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our multimedia and career-oriented courses.
- Counsel students over the phone regarding career opportunities, course details, and program suitability.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into admissions through effective communication and relationship building.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and sales targets.
- Understand students’ strengths, interests, and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, career prospects, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and nurture leads until conversion.
- Update and maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM portal.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and admission performance.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
