Position: Accountant
Location: Pinkstar Hospital, Mangyawas, Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. M.Com or relevant certification will be an added advantage.

Pinkstar Hospital is committed to delivering quality healthcare with excellence, compassion, and integrity. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Record and reconcile receipts, payments, bank transactions, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
- Handle GST-related activities, including preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Generate financial reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other departments for financial documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure accuracy of records.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data analysis, etc.).
- Good understanding of GST provisions, invoicing, and return filing.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with accuracy.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
