Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Follow up with existing leads to increase conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and visit schedules.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in real estate telecalling.
Knowledge of property sales and customer relationship management.
Ability to generate leads through cold calling.
