About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of orthopedic products, rehabilitation techniques, and physiotherapy treatments. The candidate will work closely with patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support recovery through personalized therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical conditions and prepare customized physiotherapy treatment plans
Provide physiotherapy sessions for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgery, and rehabilitation patients
•Explain and demonstrate orthopedic products, supports, braces, and rehabilitation equipment to patients and caregivers
•Guide patients on posture correction, mobility exercises, pain management, and recovery techniques •Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records •Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for better patient care
•Educate patients about home exercise programs and preventive care methods
•Ensure proper usage of physiotherapy equipment and maintain hygiene standards
•Build positive relationships with patients through compassionate care and communication Required Skills
•Good knowledge of orthopedic products and rehabilitation techniques •Strong communication and patient-handling skills •Ability to explain treatments and therapy plans clearly •Basic understanding of anatomy, exercise therapy, and pain management •Positive attitude with patient-centered approach •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy (BPT/DPT or equivalent) •Registered Physiotherapist certification preferred •Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Preferred Candidate Profile •Experience in orthopedic physiotherapy and rehabilitation •Good interpersonal and counseling skills •Passion for helping patients recover and improve quality of life •Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
