Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Corporate Interior Fit-Out projects to lead and manage large-scale office interior and workplace projects from concept to handover. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in project planning, execution, client management, contractor coordination, budgeting, and quality control within corporate office environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate office fit-out projects.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Drive stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- Manage procurement, contract administration, vendor selection, and commercial aspects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, change orders, and risk mitigation plans.
- Lead project teams and mentor engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Manage project handover, snag closure, testing & commissioning, and final documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Expertise in Workplace Interiors, Commercial Interiors, and Office Fit-Outs.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract management.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination and interior finishing works.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-track projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and project reporting tools.

Pay: ₹83,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
