- Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement localized sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives or Executives. You are responsible for their performance metrics (KPIs) and professional growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify and "unlock" new business opportunities, distributors, or retail outlets within your assigned area.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high-level relationships with key clients, major distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Data Analysis: Monitor sales trends, analyze competitor activity, and use CRM data to forecast future performance and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Inventory & Distribution: Ensure the product is available and visible. This often involves managing the supply chain flow to prevent stock-outs at the dealer level
